Potato and Sausage Pizza Margherita


Sausage and sweet potato pizza Margherita

Components of the dough:
1 cooked and mashed potatoes in a food processor
1 C. half whole wheat flour
2 tablespoons teaspoon baking powder
C. fourth teaspoon of paprika
C. quarter teaspoon of garlic powder
Jim McCormicks quarter tea, pepper and onion Italian
1 teaspoon teaspoon of tomato paste
Cheddar cheese fourth C
Cold water mixed quarter w / 2 T olive oil
For the stuffing:
1C Marinara Sauce
1 potato, cut into pieces the size of a matchstick and roast in the oven (400 * 20 minutes)
2C Turkey hot Italian sausage, casings removed and cooked
Mozzarella balls 1C, to half
Half C fresh basil leaves, chopped
Directions:

Trends in the dough:
1. Preheat oven to 375 * F.

2. Mix sweet potatoes, flour, baking powder, spices (paprika, garlic powder, pepper and onion, Italian paste, tomato, cheddar cheese).

3. Add water and oil to flour mixture and mix gently until it becomes a paste.

4. Make small balls (slightly larger than a golf ball). Press using a flat tortilla press or rolling pin.

5. Place pizza crust on a baking sheet and sprinkle some olive oil. Spray the top lightly with olive oil and bake for 12-15 minutes (check them out after 12 minutes to learn how to do with Thierry).

Stuffing directions:
1. Remove crust from oven and top with Marinara sauce, and roasted potato sticks, sausage, spices and mozzarella balls.

2. Oven for 10 minutes until the cheese starts to bubble.

3. Completion of the fresh basil chopped up.

Relax and enjoy and be surprised that he has just made the potato pizza!
