Note: c = 240 degrees about 450 degrees Fahrenheit

I for the first time this Japanese video of the students who are studying English, which explains why the translation appear at certain times and not others.

No accurate measurement. Wing things and I highly recommend experimenting. I'm not an expert in cooking and pizza is one of the few things I think I can do for living. Basically I got bored one day, googled "how to make pizza," read a few different recipes and combine the different aspects that I liked and that seemed easy.

Sauce.

Components (measures approx.)

Dough:
4-5 cups flour
1 tbsp yeast
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 / 4 cup of olive oil
11 / 2 cups water

Sauce:

Can diced tomatoes 1 1 tomato slices up *
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
4-5 cloves garlic, minced
1 / 2 onion, chopped
1 teaspoon teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon oregano

Chili optional

* In fact, I usually just use two cans of diced tomatoes, but when I made this video I only had one ... But it worked because usually I have a lot of fresh tomato sauce, and added ... Freshness.
